Shipping Information
We ship orders worldwide using trusted courier services.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. While most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, delays may occur due to customs clearance or courier handling.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
The recipient (customer) is solely responsible for payment of any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance fees applied by local authorities.
Mirai Skin has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the total cost, as regulations vary by country.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order due to customs duties, taxes, or related charges, the shipment may be returned to Mirai Skin by the courier. In such cases, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional return costs imposed by the courier or customs authorities will be deducted from the refund.
A refund will only be processed once the returned goods are received in full and in saleable condition at Mirai Skin’s warehouse.
If the shipment is seized, destroyed, confiscated, or otherwise withheld by the customs authorities of the destination country, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 180 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product(s) back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Mirai Skin is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as opened skincare items, masks, or cosmetics) cannot be returned or exchanged.
