180-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 180 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide:

Step-by-step instructions for sending the item back

Important:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@mirai-skin.com if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To help us process your claim quickly, please include a clear photo of the issue.

Damage refers to the product itself. Cosmetic damage to outer packaging alone is not considered a defect.

If the issue is confirmed, you may choose between:

A free replacement, or

A full refund

All costs associated with replacing damaged or incorrect items are covered by Mirai Skin.

Non-Returnable Items.

Opened, used, personalized, or customized items cannot be returned.

Returning Sale Items

All items, including discounted or sale items, may be returned if they meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

If the customer enters an incorrect shipping address and the package cannot be delivered:

The order cannot be refunded, and

Any reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

Changing the Shipping Address After Ordering

If you request an address change and we confirm it, but the carrier still delivers the package to the previous address:

We will send a new replacement order at no extra cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If your refund has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us.
