Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are carefully processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in South Korea.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and tracking number generation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with full tracking details.

If you do not receive your tracking number within the processing window, please contact our customer support at support@mirai-skin.com.

Delivery Times

Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Destinations

Mirai Skin proudly ships worldwide, including but not limited to: North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

All orders are shipped using trusted global couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. If you live in a remote area, additional delivery time may apply.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees as determined by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees at checkout.

The customer (recipient) is fully responsible for payment of any customs duties, VAT, or related charges imposed by local authorities. Mirai Skin has no control over these fees, cannot predict their cost, and assumes no responsibility for any delays, returns, or additional charges caused by customs.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Important Notice for the United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or handling fees according to U.S. Customs regulations. Customers are responsible for all such costs.

Mirai Skin will not issue refunds for orders delayed, returned, or seized due to unpaid customs or import duties.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, the courier may return it to us. In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return costs imposed by the courier will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will only be issued once the package is successfully returned to our warehouse. If an order is seized, destroyed, or withheld by customs, no refund will be provided.
