This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work at Mirai Skin (operated by Cloudsteam AI Ltd, Reg. HE471549). By subscribing to any of our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Plans
Mirai Skin may offer subscription-based purchasing options that allow you to receive products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. Available subscription plans, pricing, and delivery frequencies will be displayed on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase.
2. Billing and Payment
- When you subscribe, you authorize Mirai Skin to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).
- Your payment method will be charged on the same date each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
- All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Mirai Skin account dashboard. Options include:
- Skip a delivery: You may skip an upcoming delivery without cancelling your subscription.
- Change frequency: Adjust how often you receive your products.
- Swap products: Change which products are included in your subscription (subject to availability).
- Update payment method: Change the card or payment method associated with your subscription.
- Update shipping address: Change your delivery address at any time before your next order is processed.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.
- Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at support@mirai-skin.com.
- Once cancelled, you will continue to receive any products already paid for but will not be charged again.
- There are no cancellation fees.
5. Refunds and Returns
Subscription orders are subject to the same Refund Policy as one-time purchases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If a price change affects your active subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
7. Pausing a Subscription
If you need a temporary break, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 billing cycles. After this period, your subscription will automatically resume unless you cancel it.
